8th Annual CSES Fun Run!

Saturday, March 22nd!

Bring the whole family for the one mile fun run/walk on Carderock's campus! The morning will feature a DJ, games, Bethesda Bagels, Tigger appearances and a community service craft.

WHAT: 8th Annual Fun Run - a 1 mile run/walk on CSES campus

WHEN: Saturday, March 22nd, 9AM - 10:45AM

WHERE: The fields behind CSES

WHO: CSES students, their families, and the community

COST: $15/participant. Children 4 and under may participate for free but will not receive a t-shirt.

Calling all Cubs! The annual Fun Run T-shirt Design Contest is now underway! We need t-shirt designs from our own talented Carderock students. Students in any grade level can participate. Two winners will be selected.

1st place – Design featured on front of shirt
2nd place – Design featured on back of shirt

Get your markers ready! There are just a few guidelines:

Use a white 8.5 x 11 piece of paper
The subject matter should be related to Carderock and wellness, running, or walking.
It must include “2025 CSES Fun Run” as part of the design.
Use one color only in your design (only one color will be printed on the shirts).
Email designs to carderockfunrun@gmail.com or drop in the box outside the office.
Designs are due by February 14.

Want to support the school AND have your family's name on the race t-shirt? Consider a family sponsorship. Donation amount is $50/family. Family sponsors will have their name included on the back of the shirt. Please note a Family Sponsorship does NOT include registration for the Fun Run. The $50 is a donation to the school, so you’ll also need to add registrations for your family members to the cart. Proceeds benefit PTA programs and local families in need. To have your family’s name included on the t-shirt, submit your family sponsorship by Friday, February 14.
