Carderock’s LUNCH LIVE is BACK! Sign your Cub(s) up for Lunch Live which will take place Friday, May 5* and Friday, May 12*.

Lunch Live is a fun and informal lunchtime variety show.  Students get to entertain their peers during their designated lunchtime in the All Purpose Room (APR).  Parents of performers are invited to come watch their child's act! A few volunteers per lunch period would be helpful – if you’d like to help facilitate the acts, please email Cristine Kuckelman at cando126@gmail.com (volunteer training must be completed).  

Ideas for acts include:

  • Singing / Playing an instrument

  • Performing a comedy routine or impersonations

  • Dance / Gymnastics

  • Puppet shows / Reading poetry

  • Showing off any special talent!

Perform solo or with friends! The PTA can provide any accompanying music for acts. Just indicate the name of the song on the sign-up.

If you have any problems accessing the google form, you can email cando126@gmail.com with the following:

  • Date of Sign Up (5/5 or 5/12) 

  • Name of Student

  • Grade

  • Type of Performance

  • Song, if Needed

* As a reminder, the lunch schedule is K/3 - 12-12:30pm, 1/4 - 12:30-1pm; 2/5 - 1-1:30pm. Note: Kindergarteners will not be in school on May 5th due to new-kindergarten orientation. May 5th will be reserved for 3rd grade lunch live and May 12th will be reserved for kindergarten lunch live.
